Terms of service
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of TERUVA (the "Company") and users of this website in relation to product sales and related services.
2. Accounts
You can create an account with an email address and password. The information you provide must be your own. You may close your account at any time.
3. Orders and payment
An order is placed when you select a product, enter delivery details and complete payment. The Company may cancel an order for reasons such as stock or payment verification, in which case you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
4. Delivery and installation
Products ship within 7–14 business days of order confirmation. Delivery and installation are free of charge. Installation is freestanding, on a level, well-ventilated indoor surface.
5. Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, this right may be limited where the product's value has been significantly reduced by use. Exchanges or refunds for defective products are handled regardless of this period — contact customer service.
6. Warranty
The warranty period and coverage are as stated in the warranty card included with the product.
7. Disputes
Disputes between the Company and users are resolved by mutual agreement where possible, and otherwise under applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Privacy policy
1. What we collect
- Account : email address, password
- Orders and delivery : recipient name, phone number, delivery address, delivery note, order history
- Enquiries : the content of emails you send us
2. Why we use it
To identify you and sign you in, to process orders and arrange delivery and installation, to handle exchanges, refunds and after-sales service, and to answer your enquiries. We use it for nothing else.
3. How long we keep it
Account information is deleted without delay when you close your account. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, records of contracts, withdrawals, payments and supply of goods are kept for 5 years, and records of consumer complaints or disputes for 3 years.
4. Processors

5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop processing it. Email customer service and we will act without delay.
